    No, not especially. They've been through worse, and are safely sealed in plastic bubbles.

    We don't presently sell directly to customers. So if you think there is a significant defect with your unit, the first thing to do is bring it back where you bought it. If it's defective, they'll take it back and give you a new one -- our agreement with all our retailers is that we take back any defective units at no cost to them. You'll have to do that within 30 days of purchase.

    If for some reason that process breaks -- this is definitely the right place to contact us. I can't promise to fix every situation -- the world is strange and surprising sometimes. I'll at least hear you out though.

    Because we do not have a retail store, we're not in a position to offer refunds.

    In short, because I check each coin personally. If you think you have a fake coin, please reach out! If someone is selling fakes with my name on it, I want to know. Please tell me where you bought it and include a photo.
